Reached out to The Buenker Law Firm regarding an unpaid overtime case. Tom and Joe were extremely helpful in walking me through the whole process and handling communication with my former employer's counsel. There's a lot of variability when it comes to unpaid overtime cases, but they really went above and beyond to resolve it for me, and I was able to receive a monetary settlement in less than two months, which was an excellent result.

My entire experience was lovely. Mr.Buenker and Gisselle were great from the start of my process to the very end. They were both very understanding during the entire process. Both made me feel at ease and the communication was impeccable. Whenever I had questions, I would hear from the firm within 24 hours. He fights for what's right and treats you as not only a client but as a friend. I would definitely refer The Buenker Law Firm to anybody that's looking for a lawyer in reference to overtime claims.

I called this morning 3/30/2022 to hire a lawyer and the woman that answered the phone was very unprofessional and very rude no interest in helping me the first thing she said was what issue do you have like REALLY?! As I was trying to explain she tells me again what type of JOB ISSUE?! With an attitude and everything she must’ve not had her coffee that’s the way they answer the phone I don’t know how they’re still in business!!!! RUDE No sympathy for the clients

I've been trying to get an update on an overtime case that was started over 2 yrs ago and have been ignored by Mr. Bunker for the last several months. I've called several times and left messages to his front desk and have yet to hear back from him. The sad thing is I recommended his law firm to other co workers and now they are dealing with the same issue. I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone that wants some type of communication.
