Was a simple enough process. Paid the fee, and didn't have to worry about my ticket for a few months until the court date. A few days later I received an email saying my ticket had been changed to not involve any points and I had 40 days to pay the relatively small court costs. Took a stressful situation and made it into not a big deal which was nice! I would definitely recommend and be willing to work with them again in the future.
