I found the attorney Andrea Chavarría through a family member, I didn’t know of any immigration attorneys in Dallas. This being my first time looking into an attorney to help me with my immigration status. I decided to go with someone who has helped someone I personally know. I can never get a hold of my attorney, every time I call with a question or concern the only person to ever get back to me is the front desk paralegal helper. Why is a receptionist answering my questions or concerns when I invested my money into an attorney. My immigration case is a waiting process, I understand that. Yet the attorney can call me her client at least every 3 months or so to give me a update such as “Hi, we’re calling you to inform you that there are no changes to your case. We’re still in the waiting process ,etc”. It has been over a year since we’ve submitted my case not once in over a year have I received a call from my attorney giving me updates on my case, even if it’s to say “we have no updates”. I find that very unprofessional & insensitive. As a immigration attorney you know how desperate your clients are to know of any updates from their case. I truly wish I could have taken my money & business else where. Now i’m honestly considering looking for another immigration attorney to simply be on top of my case & give me updates.

I came in for my meeting and they were very nice. The office is comfy and I was seen very quickly. They were able to answer my questions well and helped guide me on what next to do. Very helpful.

Andrea Chavarria is efficient and knowledgeable, but most importantly empathetic. Her understanding of, the consistently changing, immigration laws is reassuring. I appreciate her patience and that she has kept me informed thru my long journey, navigating the immigration process. Additionally, I am continuously impressed by her advocacy for the oppressed and community involvement.

She's really nice and professional. She explains your options and makes sure your understand. They always answer And set up your appointments quickly. Receptionist is really nice.

I highly recommend Andrea for any immigration issues you may have in the US. She is very knowledgeable and explained all the options in my case clearly with compassion at all times.
