Wow! What can I say?! The Chisholm Law Firm negated every stereotype that I was concerned about in working with a lawyer and law firm. They were honest, responsive, and so professional. I would have spent more years trying to get my 501c3 but they made it possible in months!!! while I handled life in this pandemic. Thank you SO much! Now I can move forward doing the work and honoring my late daughter. Forever grateful.

Overall I had an ok experience. The one thing I didn’t like, was feeling like I always had to reach out first for an update; or if I needed something emailed to me, I literally had to send multiple emails and call the office to leave a message. I would literally go weeks or months without hearing anything, and when I would ask for an update, that’s when I would be told something that was filed on my behalf had been cleared. When I reached out for my tax exempt status in late Nov early Dec, I received a “congratulations” email with a copy of my IRS Determination Letter that was dated for 08/30/2021. I didn’t feel valued and I’m not even sure what I’m supposed to do next now that my case is “closed”. So I just wish I felt more valued and guided more on my next step(s) (on my own) considering how much I paid for their assistance and expertise.

Kayla did an awesome job writing my grant proposal. The professional demeanor and her determination she exhibited in finishing my project goes beyond words. Kayla was responsive to my concerns and I was extremely impressed with her check-ins to keep me updated on my project. I would definitely recommend Chisholm Law Firm for any legal or non-profit needs. Thanks again for the loyal service.

So I did not want to lose out my deposit so I decided to stick it out with them. Sometimes things just have a way of forcing your hand. They've been attentive, on point and I receive plenty of helpful information. The ride is not over so we'll see what's on the horizon. Keep ya posted!
