There is never a settlement that I have at Conrad Legal that is not an enjoyable experience. The entire office is efficient, friendly and know their stuff. I am grateful to be in a position to use their services and to contribute to their success. I always tell my clients "no stuffed shirts in that law office", which instantly puts my clients at ease. They are nervous enough about buying or selling their homes, and the staff at Conrad Legal, set the bar high and exceed all of our expectations. Always a joy!

I am the transaction coordinator for a realtor. Kerri and Ben were both so helpful. Kerri offered to reach out to the seller when she knew we were having difficulty getting a response. Ben double checked where the commission check should be sent, and immediately sent us the signed ALTA upon request. This might seem very simple and not anything outstanding, but in the last 200 transactions I have facilitated, this has not been the experience. Their willingness and commitment to not just do the bare minimum really stood out to us, and we appreciate the attitude and mentality Conrad Legal instills in their team. The professionalism and quality behind-the-scenes that the client never sees, majorly impacts the whole transaction. I would feel confident referring my personal friends and family to Conrad Legal.

Randy Conrad and his staff are absolutely the best !! Randy always returned my calls ( many calls), very timely, answered all of our questions, assisted us with any problems. My brothers and I had a very, very complicated case involving the estate of my dear late mother, Randy took the difficulties head on and we were able to close without any problems. We received our monies without any problems, exactly how he had explained it, and without any hidden or surprize cost. The staff is just as good as Randy..they are awesome, helpful and super nice. They brighten up your day..like family ????

I’d like to thank Randy and his staff for handling all of my referrals after I closed my practice due to a death in the family/caretaking obligations.
