If I could give a 0 star I would. We have been with lawyer for over 3 yrs trying to file a petition for my mom. I am a citizen and we have file for my mom's resident card and 3 yrs after for some odd reason they seem to not go anywhere with my moms case. Every time we call the office we get the same answer that they are busy with clients and that they will call back and weeks will go by and no one ever call back.

I am very happy that i have gotten my permission to work from here all the staff members are doing a great job
