Eric did an excellent job handling our home purchase. He was very responsive and always willing to go over the details and subtleties of the documentation and process. Update: We've had some issues with our lender mishandling our escrow and tax payments. Eric has been amazingly helpful in straightening this out and providing the documentation that we need. He remains equally as responsive to us, even though it is now weeks after our closing has been completed.
