My fiancé was appointed Nick David for his case over a year ago. Nick quit the case 3 weeks before trial & handed it to his colleague John W kerns. John had little time to prepare for trial which left my partner feeling scared and pressured into a plea he did not fully understand. I do believe if John had adequate time the outcome may have been different but these people did not care about my partner. Did not file any motions he asked for, did not stand up for him or anything. Be careful putting your trust and life into this law firm’s hands. John quit the case days after sentencing which furthermore proves he did not have his best interest. I will be filing a complaint with the board and just want anyone who is facing life changing charges to be aware and make sure you are working with someone who is working with you and for you.
