The Deratany Firm

Was referred to the law firm and attorney Greg Olmstead followed up with me. He was very responsive, so I told other attorneys that I was already moving forward with this firm. After the first call and email, I was ghosted. I just wish the attorney had the decency to send a quick case rejection reply. I sent follow-up emails, as my reference suggested, and I just feel silly for wasting my time and sharing personal information. If you don’t have a lucrative case, don’t waste your time with this firm.

I brought a case to Mike and Jay a couple of years ago. No police report or solid record of the injury. In spite of tough facts they got an incredible result and a very high settlement! Professional and responsive at every turn, and not afraid to go to trial if they need to. These guys are the real deal! Thanks, gentlemen!

They are complete liars . This is a law firm for abuse and neglect and they know I have a case so they say it’s for injuries … so wack and discriminatory

Don't bother telling people their cases are closed for over a year. Apparently of the person who injured you cries broke then this firm just gives up and says they can't be sued because they have no money. Amazing. 200k in medical bills I was hoping to get SOME of back but nope. Maybe they used to be good, they do not care anymore now that they're already rich as hell
