Atty Erik Diener is the best attorney I have ever experienced. I had water came from the unit upstairs of me and damaged my kitchen. The owner who lived in New York refused to pay for the damage. Mr Diener found her and let her pay for the damage. What greater attorney?. He listen to me crying, never once said "I need to go no" but console me. This is a review for Attorney Maria Nieto at the Diener Law firm, Plantation, FL. Maria is amazing. She took our insurance claim against our homeowner’s insurance company from a denied claim to a settlement in the amount of the maximum policy limit. She was always available and made the process as easy as possible for us. Kept us continually updated and returned all calls within a matter of hours. I could not recommend the firm more highly thanks to the job Maria did for us. The support staff is excellent, knowledgeable and professional (paralegal Kara) and assistant (Vanessa).
