Finally, A Family Law firm with the right idea.I reached out to the Diggs Law Firm with a very low expectation gathered from a multitude of failed experiences that I had with other Law Firms. I made it past skepticism and was well on my way to becoming a full blown pessimist.(As it pertained to finding a law firm/attorney who I felt would adequately represent my case.) I was on my lunch break at work when my phone rang. I didn't recognize the number, but I answered it anyway. And Im so glad I did because what happen next set the stage for what turn into one of the most productive, insightful and reassuring conversations that I have ever had with any Attorney. After I said hello, Attorney Diggs introduced himself. (With a very hospitable touch I might add.) Then we begin to discuss my case. And as we begin to cover some of the details, Attorney Diggs was very patient in allowing me to express what my concerns were.And not only that but , I couldn't help but to notice that his undertone suggested that he cared about my well being. I genuinely felt like he wasn't looking at me like someone he could gain something from, but as someone he could gain something with. Without becoming too long winded, Attorney Diggs in my opinion ,went above and beyond the call of duty. The advertisements that portray the Diggs Law Firm are credible, My experience with the Diggs Law Firm has Been Incredible. Finally a Family law firm with the right idea.

I am currently a client of Mr.Diggs. Normally you would write a review once you have completed your case, but I just felt it was appropriate to express the gratitude I have for Mr.Diggs at this time. I have been a client of his just hitting a year in March this year. Some may say I have been in court too long, but what I can say as his client Mr.Diggs has been an amazing attorney throughout this process. He has answered every call and email I have sent. He has called at late hours 7,8,9pm to make sure I am okay and have all my questions and concerns answered. He has went out of his way to make sure I am okay. He builds trust with his clients and he certainly has done that with me. I appreciate everything Mr. Diggs has done and I know he will continue to fight for what's in the best interest of my child. Mr.Diggs goes out of his way at times to check in on me when there are tough situations I am facing. On top of that he is willing to work with other counsels for other proceedings if necessary. Mr. Diggs knows the family law so well, he knows exactly what he is doing in court and through out my case it has shown. My case is very close to being wrapped up and I can't express it enough how thankful I am of Mr.Diggs. Everything has worked 99.9% how Mr.Diggs said it would. I stated earlier Mr.Diggs builds trust and that is what you need with a Family law attorney especially. If I needed to go back into court once my case is finalized I would use Mr.Diggs, If anyone is looking for a Family Law attorney Mr.Diggs will be my first and only recommendation. Mr.Diggs, is always giving encouraging words, advice and positive vibes. He is not the type of attorney just looking to get paid or not trying to understand the case. As a parent who is fighting in a custody battle, some parents are so in tune with their case cause their child/children are their world, I assure you Mr.Diggs is very intune with his cases. Mr.Diggs is an amazing Family Law Attorney and I find it absurd that anyone would have anything negative to say about him.

Erik Diggs is awesome. I never knew my attorney could also become a good friend. He updated me often about my case. I laughed with him and he allowed me a safe space to cry. My divorce process lasted 3 years, but it seems as though time flew by so quickly. Mr. Diggs will fight for you and put your stress to rest. I appreciate you Mr. Diggs!

I paid the lawyer complete fee upfront because i didn't want a monthly bill, but I have come to learn that I should have paid in installments so If I'm not satisfied with the service I could have discontinued the service at anytime! Since hiring Mr. Eric diggs firm I have not had such poor communication and felt so under served in my life! I had to find out about when my lawyer "quote on qoute "went to court on my behalf was from my yelling kids mom (just because I want to be able to be a Father to my child) and not my lawyer! I have to call and set an appointment with him to just address things he should be calling about S.m.h! Then when I do finally talk to him he don't have any of my info available and ask me question about things he was suppose take care of, where do they do that at.....diggs law firm. I hired this firm a little over a year ago and I have talked to him a hand full of times because of the poor communication and now I don't talk to the firm at all... he's not returning calls at this point. I'm totally not satisfied and just chalked this up to a lesson learned! Beware before you hire this firm!

Best attorney ever, and I’m not kidding.
