I was told by one of their attorneys that my case was a "slam dunk" when I first walked into their office, up until about 2 months before my hearing same thing. Come to find out "from the judge" that my medical records were incomplete, that Disparti didn't even chase down my records. Also they reported physical limitations I don't have, and we're inaccurate in writing down the answers to questions that I personally have them when they started the case. My point is, your lawyer is "supposed" to do "all" of the paperwork, that is what they get paid for! Are they "good attorneys"? I would have to say no given my "past" experiences with disability attorneys who "successfully" won my original case by doing hard work, chasing down records, advising me what doctors to see, what tests to get, etc. So, if your medical records are not 100% in order already, I would suggest a different attorney!
