I contacted them for a probate professional. I left a message that explained my situation and asked for my call to be returned. A lady by the name of "D", I believe, returned my call. Unfortunately she was clearly annoyed. I gave her the details of my case and she gave very rude responses. I simply asked a valid question in regards to some of the information that she requested. She seemed to have had an issue with that too. I'm unsure what may have caused her to be rude but if you're in a tight position and seeking help with a probate case, look else where. I'm glad that i had this experience before going forward with them.

Contacted firm via website for probate assistance Nov 2016 and got a prompt reply from Dee. Exchanged info and she was to send me retainer docs. Waited two weeks and left Dee a msg to call me for an update. Here it is Jan 2017 and have not heard a thing. As a business owner, customer service is vital to your success and if you say you going to do something than do it. I choose your firm because you were a fellow alumnus from LU. I have retained legal assistance elsewhere.
