Back in 2018 i had an falling incident at a local store. Everything was going good with my paralegal until the local store manager lied, they never asked proof about what the manager lied about. My case was transferred to another law firm without my approval nobody told me why my case was transferred.

It’s been three years since my accident and still nothing. I’ve seen doctors who have only caused more damage or treated me to treat me with no benefit. A couple of months ago I was told we settled, never told numbers, never signed a contract and have yet to hear an update. This has been by far the worst experience especially after being in an accident from the other driver running a stop sign, totaling my car, leaving me out of work for months, having to close my business and move. & yet I’m still dealing with this mess and I’m just ready for it to be over but it never ends!!! How have we settled but I haven’t heard from anyone in months? Can’t get anyone on the phone. Haven’t seen or signed a contract and haven’t spoke about numbers? I feel like I got the short end of the stick after all I’ve been through. I don’t feel like my lawyer cares. At all! I’ve been told things and promised things from the beginning and I have yet to see anything happen. Three years later and still nothing, not even an update, not a call, not a email. Nothing!
