I was referred to Frank Eidson as unfortunately, I had been injured at work, and the Worker’s Comp. system was definitely not what I expected. Unfortunately, the monthly payout was far less than what I actually make and I was maxed out. I ended up having to have surgery and forced to have surgery by my doctor who advised this is what was needed, which ended up not being successful. Of course my doctor, Dr. Halperin, had a vested interest in the surgery center, funny how that works out. The entire Worker’s Comp. process was slow and I ended up handling most of the issues myself. Thankfully, Frank was able to step in and help me get things resolved. Frank and his staff, especially Billye, help me through this process. Frank took his time and explained next steps and all details very thoroughly. He is also honest, which is the most important thing and gave me honest advice! This was my first time hiring an attorney, and the settlement was far less than I expected and I’m definitely not whole, but unfortunately, the system is flawed and Frank did everything that he could and even reduced his fee to help get some money back in my pocket. This process has definitely been a lesson learned, but I am extremely thankful for Frank and his staff. If it wasn’t for them, I would’ve been forced to accept a measly settlement. The settlement should’ve been triple what I was paid, but that’s on the Worker’s Comp. system, so Frank fought and got me the absolute best based off how my doctor essentially screwed me saying that I have reached maximum capacity yet the surgery wasn’t successful, and gave no next steps as to treatments. I highly recommend Frank and his staff to assist if you’ve ever been injured and you’re trying to deal with the workers comp system - Don’t be like me and try to handle it on your own at first, it will not end well! You need to call Frank and his team to help!
