Unprofessional. Ferguson sat on my case and lied about the progress for 1 1/2 years until I was just fed up. He ravels off legal jargon to confuse you (after you hire him) after he has your money. What should have been a 3 or 4 month probate case went into a year and a half. He stopped answering calls and emails. Had to get a different attorney and restart the process. There are professional attorneys out there. This isn’t one. Sometimes you can’t support your brothers and sisters in the community.

The Ferguson Law Firm handled the closing of my house and it was an all around great experience. Mr. Ferguson himself was in contact with me and made the process of buying my first home very simple! I highly recommend the Ferguson Law Firm!

Very unprofessional had a case with them. For years lead me on claiming it was an insurance issue with other party. I always had to reach out to them. No one told me anything to finally find out my case was no longer there. Sent me to back DR only FOR me TO OWE I feel they are a scam mis lead me with information also NEVER contact or explained any information about case I am highly upset and disappointed.
