Extremely Disappointed – Terrible Communication and Service I’ve worked with Arman (also known as John) multiple times in the past, and he’s always been pleasant and communicative. However, my recent experience with this firm, especially with my "case worker" Ashley Guzman, has been nothing short of frustrating. I was rear-ended three times in one year and decided to stick with this firm for all my cases, hoping to keep things simple and consistent. Big mistake. I basically had to manage everything myself. I constantly had to follow up and point out mistakes. Below are just a few of the issues I encountered: Poor Communication and Overload: Ashley seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the workload, which led to a lack of clear communication. I was forced to constantly follow up for updates and corrections on my cases. Unexplained Documents and Poor Settlements: I received two DocuSign documents via email with zero explanation or communication. One was a settlement offer that I was originally unhappy with, and the other was a release form for car damage, despite having settled my case for $25k. I couldn't get my car repaired, and it felt like they didn't have my best interests in mind. Who likes leaving money on the table? No one! Delayed Check and Ignored Requests: When one of my checks was cut on 11/26, I specifically asked Ashley to send it via FedEx (as had been done in the past), but my request was ignored. Instead, it was sent by regular mail, and I didn’t receive it until 12/18—nearly a month later. After that, Ashley stopped responding altogether. Mistakes and Last-Minute Requests: Ashley made a critical mistake on one of my cases, entering the wrong date for the accident. She then asked me to resend footage with the correct date just before the settlement. Thankfully, I had saved everything, but what if I hadn’t? This could have jeopardized my entire case. I could go on and on with more issues, but I’ll leave it here. If you value your time, communication, and respect, I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. This firm and Ashley Guzman did not live up to expectations and cost me far more than I anticipated.

This firm was recommended from a co worker and they did amazing job about my case of my motorcycle accident I had and pursue the other party to pay for the damages and we won and I was a awarded a hefty sum of money. They are the best attorneys I had ever been with and would definitely hire them again in the future. Ashley, you were the best to keep in touch with me about my case!
