The Floyd Law Firm PC

This is the second time we have used Floyd Law Firm and both times we have had an exceptional experience. They handled the closing of the sale of our home in February which was the easiest closing we have ever had, so we reached out to them again to help us with a Revocable Trust/Living Will. Again, exceptional! The entire staff gets 10+!

I struggle to even give one star to this firm. Lisa did a horrific job on my real estate transaction. I had to do all of the work, I created the addendum that they copy and pasted into their own addendum and then they charged me $300 for it. I was double charged even though all they did was email me documents that I had to print, I had to get a notary and I had to drop it off. They already messed up the deed that was prepared and they would have gotten away with giving interest to an undeserving entity if I had not have caught it and brought it to their attention. I asked in the beginning of the transaction to keep my social security number and personal information private, instead they shared it with the 3 strangers I had to sign with. I would never recommend this law firm and it's a shame for what they get away with charging people for such poor service. I am still waiting for copies of the signed documents that I requested.

My husband and I have been clients of the Floyd Law Firm for a number of years. One of my favorite things is thejr client communications. They send regular email updates to let us know if there is a change in state or local law that requires us to update our documents. They make sure we are informed and assist us promptly to take appropriate action. Ms Hall, Mr. Floyd’s paralegal is an extremely pleasant, professional and patient individual who helps us with a smile. We know we’re in good hands with the firm! I highly recommend!

I went here to have my will rewritten and have powers of attoney and living will done also. They provided alot of guidance for the whole process and estate management in general. Mr Floyd was a pleasure to work with along with his very professional assistant Fannie.

Ms Patricia Andersen handled 2 closings for us. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain every part of the process to us. We highly recommend Patricia and the Floyd Law Firm.
