I spoke with Stephanie about a possible handling of my lawsuit. I furnished the requested police report to her back on 1/22/2018. I've also called and left 2 messages for a call back and still to this day, nothing. Really? A return phone call would be nice. Just let me know if this firm will handle my request or not. Very bad business. Update: I did get an email response from Kevin Queenan which was sarcastic to say the least. He started it off by saying that I must not be aware of the flu epidemic because "Stacey" has a son with the flu that has kept her from the office. 3 things wrong with his statement, the first being, who is Stacey? My contact was Stephanie. Second, I guess in getting my flu shot, it has made me insensitive to the epidemic, and thirdly, 3 weeks is still too long to wait for some kind of response from this firm, epidemic or not. And yes, Kevin is an attorney. He did wish me luck though.

Your hours are misleading. It clearly says open 24hrs, yet I called and the answering service states 8am to 5pm.
