The Fredericks Law Firm

Apparently most of the people who wrote awful reviews don't actually know how the law even works.. "It took four years for my case" blah blah blah.. Seriously? Taking a case to court takes TIME. Especially if you DONT want to settle. These people who wrote bad reviews are just upset that they weren't given fat checks when they wanted them. Many people call law firms and expect to always be given a loan whenever they want and when they don't get their way they trash the law firm. NOT HOW IT WORKS PEOPLE. Your reviews can DAMAGE a perfectly good business just because you are bitter. This is a PERSONAL INJURY LAW FIRM. If the defendant's insurance does not want to accept liability or give the person who was injured the proper payment then your case TAKES LONGER TO SETTLE. I don't understand what is SO HARD to understand about this... I am 22 and I am not even half as ignorant as some of the people reviewing. I have had TWO CASES with this firm and have sent many family members to this firm and they were all satisfied with the staff, service, etc. I personally don't think people should be allowed to write poor reviews unless they put proof next to their absurd claims.

Almost 3 years since accident, still waiting. I don't usually get a return call from them either.nnUPDATE...going on 4 years and they don't even bother lying to me or giving me the run around anymore. They just do not answer the phone and there is no way to leave a message. I don't even know if they are in business anymore. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NO GOODnnThey should be investigated for fraud and malpractice.

Worst Law Firm in the whole world! I've been waiting for 5 years for the case to be closed and to receive my part of the money; however, the lawyer has been taking her sweet time! Please, i'm being genuine about this! Please, if you're looking for a lawyer, this is not the one to go to! nnIf i would've known this before, I certainly would've looked for another law firm!

DO NOT USE THIS LAWFIRMnThe entire staff is horrible. They took 4 1/2 years to complete my case. They are rude, they will not answer calls, they take months to give you answer about your case. This lawfirm is the worst I've seen. I am know 40 and when I was 18 I had a similar car accident I was treated with more respect from an atty when I was 18 than know that I'm 40 with the Fredrick law firm.

Crooks just like she said. It's been 3 years and no call back.
