I first went to another lawyer who shall remain nameless. He was a jack of all trades who did divorce, car accident, criminal defense, DUI ... you name it. He was a nice guy but obviously did not know bankruptcy, and his prices were high.I then found another law firm that did volume bankruptcy, but there, I really did not spend more than 5 minutes with an attorney. Then I went to Fuller Law.Here is how my experience went: I got to see an attorney the same day. He spent an hour with me. He gave me a very good price. I filed my bankruptcy a week later. Couldn't of gone smoother! Great job!I'm posting this as a follow up. Later on, I fell behind on my payments to the bankruptcy trustee. I called the law firm and they amended or modified my plan to let me stay in bankruptcy protection.Well done!

Let's be honest. Bankruptcy is no fun. But Fuller Law made it as easy as can be. I was worried I would be judged, or some one would ask me why I was not paying my debts, etc. But the process went pretty smooth. nnThe guys at Fuller Law were helpful and knowledgeable. I hope I never ever have to file for bankruptcy again. But if I do, I will use Fuller Law.

The staff was very knowledgeable. I was patiently explained all of my options to me. They helped me do all the paperwork, and were with me in court.nnI was very happy with my experience. nnAfter my case was over, I called up a few times to ask for some follow up advice, and my calls were always return.

One of my friends who did bankruptcy had a terrible experience with her attorney. nSo I figured that picking the attorney is really important. When I called Fuller Law, I talked to Sam, who was very patient and genuinely cared about me. Then I met him in person, and he told me exactly what my options were, and he advised me which option to pick. I followed his advice. He prepared the bankruptcy papers in less than a week. During the process, several times, I had questions. Usually, the staff gave me the info I needed. Whenever they could not help me, they took a message for Sam. He always returned my calls the same day. nI was very happy with there services.

The firm was obviously skilled and knowledgeable about bankruptcy law. When I called, I got an appointment with Sam in two days. Sam knew his stuff, and take the time to explain the alternatives. I was impressed that he did not push me into putting money down, he did not push me into going with the more expensive chapter, and he really cared about my case. My case was filed 10 days later. I kept my car, but walked away from almost $50K of debts to credit cards and payday loans. I am very glad I called them.
