I got a return call regarding my inquiry and spoke with Mr. Eduardo. He is very kind, very patient, and understanding while talking on the phone. He also returned my calls and responded to my messages promptly. He was also coordinating with my availability. Thank you, Mr. Eduardo! Looking forward to speak with you again tomorrow.

I needed help with minor form to fill up for replacement of a document. They wanted $175 consultation fee and couldn't provide a flat price. It's the type of business which value profit over quality of service they provide. Stay away!

I don’t know where all these 5 stars reviews are coming from. I definitely got fooled by those reviews (this was the reason I choose Godoy legal group) I do have to say the Staff is nice and polite . But, the reason for my two star review is the timely response to the client services. I got in contact with them in December and finally January 6th , I got to talk to a representative which she took a $100 down payment payment to book an appointment for the full payment for the services on January 10 th with another representative. Both people asked me the same questions. To have them book meetings another appointment with another representative on 1/30 . All three representatives asked me the same questions. Each were booked for “1hr” I had used them previously to pull everything that immigration had on file. Technically I was told they had all the information needed from me on file for 5 years. yet I’m answering the same questions 3 times with different pro non of these people are attorneys. So far since December I have spoken on the phone to 3 different assistants and have had three zoom/and or phone call appointments which were a waste of time. 3 different assistants asking the same questions. On February 6 th got an email to request more information. and it’s on feb. 8th and I decided to complete the forms myself bc their 11 step process takes longer than immigration services themselves, but not for payment they are faster than a bill collector. Honestly, I felt like my money was wasted!!!! I know I can’t be the only one experiencing this!!!

In August 2024 I paid the fee for a consultation and talked with Julio Cesar Dominguez (who was late for the zoom call, but besides that the call went well). I was hopeful this office seemed to know what they were talking about and seemed to want to help. However after the consultation I could not get a response to my emails and I could not get a call back. I was told he was busy or in a meeting and would call back. I explained the difficulty I was having and had a call scheduled by the receptionist because I just wanted to pay a deposit. I again called and asked if Julio even worked there still because I was ghosted for over a week. I also tried as a last resort the chat on the website and was told someone would follow up with me. Never happened. I feel like they took my money for a consult and that was it. I quickly lost confidence that this office would be responsive and give my case attention due to not even being able to get in touch to pay a deposit.
