I wish the office would all be on the same page. I set up a payment plan with banking info to take out every two weeks ,then a clerk called and asked me for my payment.

I contacted the law firm regarding a very simple demand letter claim. The service was prompt and the attorney got back with me quickly. However, it did seem a bit odd that the attorney wasn't able to verify my case based on the extensive details I provided over the phone. I emailed them additional information and evidence and they confirmed that there had been a violation and I was within my legal rights. Here is where it got odd; the attorney wanted me to write my own demand letter (what am I paying you for?) and then they would simply add some additional legal information to it and send it. This seemed odd to me but I continued with the conversation. He then stated that he would set the demand request amount and not base this on my desired amount (which he never even inquired about). This was not my understanding of an attorneys representation of a client and their wishes and this is where the communication completely broke down. He then went on about how if it was coming from his letterhead he was going to only put certain things he wanted and I knew that this wasn't the caliber of attorney I was looking for. It came off a bit abrasive to me and I sought other representation.

Mr. Good helped our family with processing an adoption. He was extremely professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. He did a thorough job keeping us updated along the way so we'd know what to expect. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Terrible.. Crooks. Cheats. I felt dirty just having to deal with them.
