John Gstalder has been an attorney of mine for over ten years. He's worked with me (and my wife) on a number of occasions for both professional and personal issues. the professional issues ranged from non-profit ByLaws, governance, and structure to HR issues. His rates were very reasonable for the work performed. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Stay away from this guy. I am out of the country and needed someone to take my place at small claims court. Gstalder would not even talk to me without paying $500, and on top of that he did not know the deadline a lawyer had to enter his representation with the court. To start it all off I spent a 1/2 talking to his screener, and she had no clue later of what I had said to the guy.
