I got a call from Elizabeth M from Hanover Insurance Group she is the investigator for damages to my brand new car completely covered in yellow road paint 5K in damages. I was asked to submit evidence I provided more than enough a judge and jury would have sided with me for damages which I intend to pursue. I provided Elizabeth with Dash Cam Videos, photos, police reports, audio recordings from phone calls, emails from project managers on site that day. Elizabeth gave me the run around nonstop she did not get this file or that file this went on for months. She had to get help from staff continuously how to download forms, I don't know how she ties her shoes herself completely worthless. Her phone broke up nonstop she said I hear that a lot about my phone. I said how can you fix my car if you cant even fix your phone. I don't know who hired this person and how she functions in life but then again that's her job denies claims. After months of the run around she wrote me I did not support enough evidence and needed more video of workers waving me through the work zone. Who willingly drives through work zones at 4am with heavy equipment, workers and police presence. I thought lawyers were the bottom on the barrel but I was wrong it is Insurance Company investigators. Elizabeth look in the mirror, you should be ashamed of yourself, you lost your moral compass in life you are trash. In my line of work I help people for a living. Thank God I don't have to make a living being a scumbag all day.

Horrible company. Have asked my broker to find other options because Hanover isn’t it. Have had TWO roadside incidents in last 3 months that they refused to show up for, regardless of the fact that we PAY for it. The first time they couldn’t find our (totally active and paid up) policy. When I complained, Hanover said they work with a third party so not their fault. Ummm if you contract with them, you’re still responsible - still your fault, but nice try. Seems like a group of simps trying to run a business and failing miserably.

Hanover has earned six stars from us. Helene damage 9/27/2024 Claim reported 9/27/24. 9/28/24 adjuster calls and have contact appointment for 9/30/24. Adjuster has check issued and we were first project to start repairs. Hanover has been FANTASTIC. ????

Well, my adjuster Catherine was nice and helpful at first until she ghosted me. My car got hit almost two months ago and I'm still battling with getting my car fixed because Hanover moves at a snail's pace. For the first week and a half, Hanover was literally withholding the money from my body shop and the shop couldn't even start on my car until they received the payment (which ended up being almost $1,000 less than what Hanover said they'd pay). Pretty sure they also never reached out to the other girl's insurance to pay for my damage as I've never heard a peep from her company at all. They set me up with a rental which, under my policy, is covered for 30 days. Enterprise called me today to say my rental expired yesterday on the 20th... I picked it up on the 4th. If Hanover was only gonna give a few weeks with a rental and not the 30 days like my policy said, why was I not informed of this at all? My job is anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour away from my house depending on traffic and I can't just take the bus or an Uber. I've been trying to get in contact with Catherine and she just straight up isn't responding anymore. Guess I'm just not gonna go to work for the next few weeks since I won't have a car even though I literally can't afford to take a day off. I don't have the time or the money for this mess.
