This law firm tried to con me into beleiving that they, Sam Watson, were going to criminally charge me in the state of California for a payday loan that is over 7 years old. I explained that they must charge me in the state in which the loan was taken out and it isn't criminal because it wasn't over $999.99. I tried to explain that I am unemployed and on state aide and would sacrifice my heat & electrical bill to pay them back $50.00 a month until it is all paid in full. Sam Watson and the OOCR Senior lawyer refused my payment and just want to throw me in jail. I am a single mother hitting hard times in a country that is in economic hardship.
