They helped to resolve my civil rights employment case, which allowed me to start the healing process to get my peace and life back on track. I paid $150 for an initial phone consultation regarding an employment issue. I thoroughly explained the issue during the consult, and the representative made it seem like there was a good case, but that he would have to consult with his team. To ensure that they had all the information needed to make a decision, I followed up by sending an email with additional documentation/evidence. I patiently waited to hear something back, however, I never received anything. After a few weeks, I called and left voicemails, but never received a response. Unfortunately, I had to move on after not hearing anything.

I paid $200 for an over the phone consultation. I explained the situation and sent all the information they asked for to see if I had a solid case. I was told that Ms. Jeffords was interested in my case. Weeks, months went by. I called and left messages, no responses. Receptionist was polite, but sounded half asleep. I never spoke to the lawyer after months went by. Just to be told from the Receptionist that they dropped my case. Still haven't heard from the lawyer, why my case was dropped.

Mrs. Jeffords did an outstanding job representing me!! Her professionalism and determination to see me through the toughest time of my life was a huge blessing!! Mrs. Jeffords prayed with me and kept me positive when I couldn’t see a way out!! I’m forever thankful for this beautiful God-fearing woman!!
