Amazing team!! I am very please by their timely manner in handling my Divorce case. The Whitley Law Firm is the true definition of professionalism. Thank you so much for being on my side and treating me like family. High recommend! You will be more then satisfied.

After firing my first attoney, Mrs Whitley and her team did an excellent job of rectifying the mess my previous attoney had left. They were always attentive and took every little detail I gave them into consideration and worked hard to form the strongest case possible for me. I am extremely happy with the work they did and satisfied with the outcome.

I seldom saw her or heard from her. I was told not to talk to her unless she asked me a question. Would set a time to call me and she didn’t. Suddenly wanted to settle because I didn’t have the funds needed to continue against the opposing lawyer. I was told by one of her personnel that she was having personal problems and couldn’t invest more time with me. The very limited time I spoke and met with her was cordial but curt.

If it could be 0 stars it would be As mentioned, calls will not be returned, emails not returned. Having in writing from them that specific points are retroactive and that it's best to just sign because x,y,z and covered by parts noted in 1,2,3. The process should have been faster. Meredith had to be told that her client wanted to go to court as an agreement couldn't be met multiple times and then she started working the case after almost a year of waiting on her. They bill for every small thing and do nothing. If you call them and leave a voice mail they will bill you time to listen to it but not respond. They will not answer client emails however if they are questioned by a 3rd party they answer in under 30 min but will not answer their client who emailed at the same time. If you want a more competent, timely, or professional lawyer I recommend speaking to a homeless person. He will lie to you as well but won't pretend he didn't. This whole place is corrupt and should all have their licenses stripped. Buyer beware. I am posting this on all review sites. If they respond to this it will be to say they have no active or past case with me, that is true. I had to take over communication for my mow wife to have anything done and it took mild threats of reporting misconduct to get the communication we got. Please go anywhere else. You can probably do better representing yourself blindfolded and not knowing anything about your life.

1000% the best lawyers in South Texas! I cannot even begin to express the amount of gratitude my children and I have for these ladies and the entire staff. From the secretary, the billing coordinator, the paralegals, to the lawyers themselves answered all of my questions to my confusion when I was going through an ugly divorce. They gave me the strength and the fire I needed to get through this devastating time in our lives because I was so lost, broken and weak, but not anymore. They answered my phone calls on the weekends, returned my emails, and answered my personal text messages when I needed them. They represented me with class, and the intelligence that most would not understand. All of these ladies made me feel comfortable, safe, and let me know that I was no longer alone anymore. They took half of my money down upfront and let me pay the rest in payments because I am a single mother now. Whitley Law Firm is hands down the place to go if you want to win your case!
