Love this Law Firm, everyone I had the pleasure to come in contact with and work with are Top Notch and would recommend to ANYONE!!! Words cannot express enough for ALL my Gratitude!!! I do not recommend this law firm. I waited over two months to get an appointment. When they finally started a case for me, they acted very interested in the beginning but then wouldn't reply to my emails for days or sometimes weeks. They didn't follow through on what they said they would do. After several months, I was told they were too busy with other cases to continue with mine, but later they said I probably didn't really have a case after all.

Fantastic staff, wonderful attorneys, and a serious commitment to justice! This firm is top-notch for anyone facing the fallout from mistreatment, neglect, or injury!

Extremely rude people. This is a firm that lies to you and keeps you in limbo. No respect for your wellbeing or mental state. They charge you two arms and a leg for any service and when you try to question them about what’s taking so long they get rude and even disrespect you by calling you names and hanging up the phone on you when they no longer want to speak. Indirectly calling you stupid because “they have a law degree and you can’t tell them what’s right and what’s wrong wrong” their reception staff is the worse I’ve ever dealt with in any office, at first everyone is very nice and polite and family oriented but the moment you ask too much information, you see their true colors!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!! They will lie to your face day after day for months. They do no not go above and beyond for you or your needs!

I have only spoken to Mr. Helms and his staff over the phone....I look very much forward to meeting them.
