I own a mortgage company and a real estate company. We have been in business in San Jose since 1990.We work hard to make sure everything is proper and work hard to end up with happy clients. But over 28 years and several thousand loans and hundreds of real estate transactions we have had a hand full of law suits. We have only used Roger Wintle and either we won the suit or it was tossed out of court. We have been sued by people who were never our customers.
