So my advance finance loan went to them and I was making my payments,well I broke a bone in my foot and was out of work for 3 months,well I emailed them and said my payment was gonna be late and they said that'll be just fine,well when I got back to work I emailed them about catching up on payments and they said that a wage garnishment order had been placed on my account and no future payment plans or settlements can't be accepted,keep in mind that this is not true and yes by law u can offer a payment plan or a settlement.they have been very nice to me and everything which I deeply appreciate but another worker Tara emailed me saying that,Stacey was more then helpful with me but Tara on the other hand is a different story

I have been working with this firm for more than a year now. They have been flexible, courteous, and very communicative and responsive via email. Tara and Stacey have been a great help and provide excellent customer service!

They have been very helpful with everything that I needed. The communication was great. Thank you Tara for keeping me updated and answering any questions I had. ????

If I could give negative stars, I would. This has got to be the most corrupt, dishonest, heartless person I have ever met. I had a payment arrangement for a bill and was paying faithfully every month for about 6 months. Sept, I hit a snag, and emailed for an extension. No one EVER contacted me in regards to that. Then unfortunately, I got super busy with work and oct flew by before I realized it, when I went to pay my bill at the beginning of Nov, he messaged and said it was going to garnishment. I advised him I had 3 months of payment, I could pay on Nov 17th, but he refused my money. I thought they were supposed to collect the money, not refuse it. This place is a joke and I would RUN. I kept all the emails too so I do have proof.

They evicted me but they were mostly nice about it ????. Update: they wrongfully evicted me and property management they represent is facing legal charges and top down ???? expulsion for corrupt ethical practices. New management has invited me back but I've already been persecuted enough there. Quick talking with a smile and forked tongue.
