I would not recommend this lawyer to my enemy. The lawyer decided to keep my unused $750 to just follow me to my I-130 interview. I have already paid for the full cost of my I-130. He then asked for an additional $750 to just represent me at my interview. The interview date took so long to set up by the USCIS. Every effort by me pleading with him to inquire about my I-130 interview proved abortive. I then hired another lawyer who challenged the USCIS that the I-130 took so long and my new lawyer went through "Ombudsman", which eventually sped up my case and the I-130 was approved. By not following me to the interview, I requested for my money back, but he refused to give it back to me. I have since filed several complaints against him. They are also not up to date on most of my court proceeding dates at their Charlotte office. I was the one that always reminded them of some court dates.

This law firm is basically best of the best ! I got my Green card through this firm. I was basically hopeless. They made it happen for me. I had a couple of friends who also used there services and had good success. If you see any negative reviews here, they are probably fake ! My case was so complicated that a few attorneys actually told me that I had no hope. They were all wrong. I got my green card and my life has changed.
