Justin Infurna Law is permanently closed as Justin Infurna is disbarred from practicing law in Florida. Reference Florida Supreme Court cases SC20-1775 and SC20-1834. I am a victim of Justin R. Infurna. He took $5000.00 from me almost 2 years ago and he never filed anything in court regarding my case. He recently closed his office without saying anything or returning my money and stopped communication with clients. There are many other victims. He is nothing but a heartless grifter who steals retainer money from clients to travel, shop, wine, dine and go to strip clubs. If you have also been defrauded by Justin Infurna Law, you should report this fraud to law enforcement; The Florida Attorney General, FTC, and you can also report the fraud to the FBI-It's a 2 step process to report fraud to the FBI: Step 1: Go to FBI website and have all your information ready and call your local or nearest FBI field office. Step 2: On the FBI website, find link to the form called "IC3" to finish reporting this fraud. You can update your IC3 report as well later on if you have new information to tell them by clicking the box that you are updating your previous submission. Looking forward to seeing Justin Infurna go to prison and restitution.

Mr. Infurna basically stole money from a single mother refuses to refund money to me on a case he has not worked on. He changed his number and email which I had to find out/dig for his new information since he did not provide to me. Was VERY aggressive in obtaining the money from me (that should of been a red flag for me) but yet was not aggressive at all on working my case. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this person. He has compliments against him with the florida bar. VERY unprofessional and seems to not all be there.

UPDATE: Justin Infurna has been officially suspended to practice law in Florida as of 12/28/20. DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY!!!!! Update as of 12/09/20- Florida Bar has officially filed a 19 count complaint with Supreme Court of Florida against Justin Infurna. Update as of : 11/04/2020- The Florida Bar emailed me copies of over 25 complaints that were filed in the past year. Time for the attorney general to get involved and do something about this disgraceful fraud!! Update as of : 10/21/2020- I filed a complaint with the Florida Bar and today I received a letter in my favor for disciplinary action against Justin Infurna and his law firm. I hired Justin to file a lawsuit. I was told that I had a “slam dunk” case by Justin. He harassed and pressured me to pay him right away! Well, after paying him, and a year later- nothing was filed in any court venue. I also filed a complaint with BBB, which went unanswered by Justin Infurna. Stay away unless you want to lose your money.

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this attorney. Very arrogant, unprofessional, avoidant, rude. He will take your money and then you will not be able to contact him I contacted him two days ago and he hung up on me. What a joke I cannot believe he’s allowed to practice law. Good thing is I believe in karma.
