I love this law firm Ben Jennifer and Brandy Brandon they have been looking out for me and my family about four years we've hit some ruff patches probably will some more but I faith in God John Hall Law Office

I've been a client for 15+ years. They are very professional and will fight for you and try and get everything that they feel you are entitled to. I highly recommend them.

Horribly unprofessional. I have been attempting to contact my case manager for months and have been told numerous times that they are; in a meeting, simply busy, in court, or that they would leave a note and have them call me back. They never respond to my questions in a timely manner. I plan to withdraw my case from them first thing Monday morning and proceed with another lawyer who is more carrying and sensitive to my case. I 100% would not recommend John Hall Law Offices. Seems like they have taken on more than they can handle and as a result, their clients suffer.

My case was settled without my consent. No reputable lawyer would settle a case without talking to their client first. Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere... I’ve been waiting for Benjamin Barnes to call me for six days now with the settlement amount. I’ve called the office three times. The first two times he was either in a meeting or in court. The last time he was on his way home at 4 pm and would call me on his cell. He never called. I’ll update this review if/when he calls. Edit: Took a week but he finally called. Edit2: I’ve been waiting for Tracey to complete my settlement letter since 10/31. It’s 12/07. I’ve emailed her every few days for a status update and only got one response indicating that she’s in training for the week. If I didn’t reply to e-mails at my job, I would definitely get canned. I guess John tolerates this kind of thing. Very frustrating. I’m thinking about passing my case off to another law firm because I guess this place is too busy.
