I was In a terrible accident on 2/17/2024 where i was Struck by a drunk driver who nearly unalived me. I was Referred to this lawyer by a very establish actor Jarric Tucker and to both of our surprise the attorney stated and i quote “they are going to withdraw themselves from my case so i can pursue it further with the DA office as sometimes it’s better for the client to reach out directly as they have a better chance at getting help” I’ve obtained the video footage myself from the sheriffs department where i went in person to see such video. I’ve fought the drivers insurance myself where i did Not get any vehicle coverage per the other party’s insurance policy which is no fault of the attorney but could have been fought a bit harder for me in my opinion. to make matters worse they only wanted to offer me $800 for medical expenses pain and injury per drivers insurance which i never received as i signed nothing i am Devastated. To be referred to someone then get a call stating they are going to withdraw themselves from my case in early july before my birthday due to matters of the DA would provide me all the information to continue the fight on my own was a blow to my chest. I could Have used someone else and got the appropriate help that i need Not only did they want to withdraw themselves from my case they are still with holding my withdraw letter I’ve been waiting for days on.I found Out that on June 19th my lawyers closed my case with the injury clinic that’s the reason i was Never able to continue my treatments and they did not even tell me.I'm complete at lost for words and still without help I’m left lost confused and hurt by the lack there of professionalism and humanity for my situation.
