It is just shy of a few months until it will be a decade since the passing of my father in 2012. Kimmel was appointed to handle the estate of my father at the time, and he has been given everything necessary to close it out for years now. For whatever reason (I assume to be for his own benefit), he has refused to close it out and provides vague deadlines that he fails to meet countless times and empty excuses. He does not want to communicate; he makes it very difficult to reach him and hides behind his secretaries. Look elsewhere for legal services because he is nothing but a low-life, exploitive carcinogen that does not care about anyone but himself.

Joe and his team is great for all your elder law needs. My wife and I highly recommend him. He is doing a will for my family.
