I first reached out to Brian February 25th of 2022. I had an issue with another company using a replica of my website, mission statement, etc. They went as far at to flag us a replica. Brian was very encouraging and seemed helpful in our 1st conversation. We spoke via Zoom on March 1st 2022. It went well and sent over an agreement I signed and return to retain his services. After this Brian completely disappeared. I reached out on March 7th and again March 15th. No reply. Brian finally got back to me on March 22nd. 3 weeks had gone by at this point with no contact here. In the email he mentioned he had a lot going on and as a small business onwer I understand and respect that. Well that was the last time I ever heard from Brian. I do feel like the "I'm all about helping people and not the money", in my opinion was a line. Wether Brian was very busy or didn't see enough money in my case an email or call would at very least be a courtesy you would think an attorney would provide. I waited for quite some time and Brian disappeared. Small business owners like myself need an attorney that understands time is valuable and their business is their life line. I wish I had some feedback as to Brian's services. In my experience He made a pitch, came back 3 weeks later saying he would get back to me, then disappeared. I wouldn't recommend Brian to a small business owner. If Brian is too busy you won't get the courtesy of a phone call.

Amazing trademark lawyer. I used Brian for a long time, maybe over 10 years and he has done a fantastic job in successfully registered many of the the names we wanted. Highly recommended!
