I came to Amanda earlier this year needing someone to hop on my very contested and difficult case regarding custody. This was honestly the worst time of my entire life and Amanda made it as easy as it could be made. She's incredibly knowledgeable in her field, and you can tell that she has spent her career doing good work as she was well-received and respected by various colleagues. What started as an incredibly messy, emotional, and tumultuous situation turned into giant wins for me across the board after we went to trial. Was she expensive? Yes. Was she worth it? Every penny. Plus, if you are getting into going to court for custody or family law, it is inevitable that you are going to spend about 15k-20k. I hate to say it but that's just the facts. So if you're going to invest that much money into a person, I'd recommend Amanda.

I lived with a couple who got divorced, and this lawyer represented one of the parties. She attempted to include non-marital property that belonged to me, in the divorce documents. I was preparing to threaten legal action when the other attorney finally removed my property. To include property that is clearly not marital property seems dishonest and unethical, does it not? She also clearly had a false narrative in her head about me, even though she never met me, and accused me of having accounts where I was hiding money or other assets, belonging to this couple. It was preposterous. She also took forever to get the discovery process completed, and was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She also ignored that this couple had already gone through mediation, and had settled numerous points that she then tried to re-visit. You can definitely find better, more professional legal counsel elsewhere.

Amanda was amazing! She helped me grow so much in the few months she worked on my court case. She was kind and very attentive with any issues I was having. Amanda is professional, honest, and will fight for you. I highly recommend her as an attorney.

My mom went through a divorce and she hired Amanda. My mom was born and raised in Germany. She is still not very knowledgeable with the American language. Amanda knew that, my mom explained that numerous times. She knew my mom was needing the "right" person to handle her divorce to GUIDE HER. VERY long story short, she was inept and rude in every single e-mail correspondence between the two of them and you could just tell she was not fighting for HER. I went with my mom to meet her twice and the way she spoke to my mom was NOT in her best interest. This lady was only after her money. After each meeting I told my mom to fire her! She was pathetic in every aspect when it came to dealing with her client. Then Amanda had enough nerve to FIRE my mom because she had asked too many questions?? (BTW she fired her after she racked up a huge lump sum of $$$$) There are so many lawyers, please do not hire this one! Do your research. We were duped.
