The Kuhlman Law Office

I do not recommend Joe Kuhlman as an attorney. My experience has been extremely disappointing. Over the course of three years, communication has been nearly nonexistent—calls and emails have consistently gone unanswered, with nothing but excuses when I did manage to get a response. After all this time, there’s still no resolution to my case. I’ve waited long enough and it’s clear I need to move on and accept the loss. This has been a frustrating and unproductive experience.

We’ve been working with Joe for two years. He was the only lawyer we found who would take our case. It was great in the beginning. He was working on getting everything together for our case. Always responded. The last 9 months, We’ve reached out MULTIPLE times with no response. When we do get a response, it’s the same generic “sorry I’ve been busy with a case, we have all the paperwork ready to file”, we’ve heard this exact sentence over 4 times now yet nothing has been filed. Using the client portal also doesn’t work. After countless attempts at calling, emailing in the portal, still nothing. No responses. December will be 3 years since the incident and we’ve HEARD NOTHING FROM OUR LAWYER in MONTHS.

Im sad. I was given such hope that I had an easy case and that he was going to be able to help me, I tried to look at the positive reviews because they outweighed the negative reviews by far and he was legit and has so much to offer.. But just like the low grade reviews is what I am experiencing. No communication, I asked for a refund and no response. Now I'm out $2,500 with nothing even started. I know he's currently dealing with his own stuff I wish I had known that before hiring him but things unfortunately didn't unfold until a bit after hiring him. I just want peace and my money back. Seems like a great person aside from whatever's going on.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY!!!! Just like most of the other reviews on here. I gave him a bunch of money to expunge my record and restore my gun rights and have heard absolutely nothing. I've reached out multiple times, always getting one of his assistants explaining " How they've been out with whatever different personal issue it is at the time, and trying to catch up" or "Joe's in court and will call you back." It has been a non-stop battle for the last 9 months and there's not even a case number filed yet. I have reached out multiple times to get my money back and shocker no response. I have tried calling multiple times and my phone won't even reach them anymore, and none of my emails are getting returned. I wish I didn't have to sit here and bad mouth them. He was a very nice guy, and I really just wanted my case to go as promised. I will gladly edit the review if I can get my case wrapped up. Unfortunately I will be reaching out to the bar association to see how to handle the situation further. I advise anybody else going through the same to do the same.
