Have been meaning to write this review for a few months....sorry, Jeff! Anyway...back in November, I logged into my bank account and saw that ALL my savings were gone. I assumed this was an error and called the bank. The lovely rep told me this was not in fact an error, but a $28k judgment was entered and subsequent lien had been placed on me, seizing all available funds in my account. I was literally penniless. A little research and decided bankruptcy was the most prudent option to protect me from them coming after the remainder of the $28K. A little more research and came across Jeff Larkin at Larkin Law Firm. We texted and spoke over the course of a couple weeks and finally made an appointment for a consult.
