I have attended 3 trainings by Phyllis. They were regarding mediation, conflict resolution and building communities. I have learned ways to communicate that will save me time, money, stress and preserve relationships at home and work. I appreciate how she uses her knowledge and experience as an attorney to empower people to resolve conflict with mediation rather than litigation. In the trainings, we had people from varied walks of life and everyone participated. I believe this speaks to Phyllis’s ability to create a space where everyone feels safe and valued. For that reason, should I need mediation services in the future, she will be the first person I reach out to.
