I hired Ty do some estate planning/trust setup for me and he was great. Laid the process out clearly and gave me some suggestions based on what I told him. Everything was filed and mailed fast, which is all I can ask (although I will say that this is the only time I've ever needed estate planning so I don't really have a frame of reference). He was very responsive to my questions since then and also sent out a few pre-emptive emails about upcoming legal changes that might effect me. Not sure if that's par for the course, but I appreciated it nonetheless.

Like every lawyer this should be classified as false advertising. I was told over the phone my case would cost me 500 if i wanted to do it myself without a peralegals help. With hekp with any questions i have. Along the road. And i chose to do that. But unless you sign a 1500 retainer you dont even have a lawyer just a 500 dollar 2 hour conversation about thing you already knew. Fallowed by bad advise that cost me a week of my life. Littery was advised to do something that the clerk laughed at me for and said that i need a new lawyer. Boy was she right. Im basically writting a 500 dollar review.
