Well because of him and his lack of work, my son at the age of 21 which he started all of this at the age of 17 now has 75 years ! All I kept hearing was "Time is a defenses best friend" no evidence, brought up, nothing! Kept continuing the court dates over and over again. After 2 years of this my son wanted a trial..what does coggshell do ? Says he wants to withdraw from the case because he wants to retire! Well he hasnt retired yet and its been a year ! He is refusing to get me files my son needs and continues to ignore my calls. Do NOT use him for anything!!

Worst GAL out there! He does not care about the children! He manipulates what the kids said to side with the parent he favors.....very one sided! He is not professional at all. He does not do his home checks in a timely manor and gets Court continued multiple times. Good luck trying to get him to return your calls and emails if you are not an attorney!
