Paula practices in the field of general business and corporate law with particular attention on startups, business purchases and sales, shareholder and operating agreements, creditor and debtor matters, commercial leases, and governance issues in churches and religious organizations. Her experience in business law extends well beyond her law practice; she was the co-owner of a business group that enjoyed a successful exit in 2015.
