I am very satisfied with the personal attention from Drew Kirages. He took time to meet me in person prior to representing me. He gave me realistic expectations in both matters that he represented me on and kept me updated up until the dismissals. I'm not sure who is answering the phone here, I spoke to an older lady, but she should not have that job. I'm going through a very hard time now with my mother who has dementia, I called asking if they offer Miller Trust services since I used them in the past regarding a completely different matter and wanted to continue to use this firm. She was short, rude and abrasive. I have legal coverage through my employer, I said I would have to call back with that information. She had gathered all my information and was about to hang up. I had to ask her if someone would contact me, she said "not without the coverage information". She was just ready to end the call. Previously this was not a requirement, I just provided the number to the lawyer. Worst attitude and couldn't be bothered at all with questions from a returning client. So I gathered the information I needed and I called over to Boje, Benner, Becker, Markovich and spoke with the nicest lady. She was familiar with the process and was very informative of next steps, so I'll be going with them moving forward. Hope this lady moves to a non-public facing role.

By far Andrew dollard is the BEST attorney in Indiana if not every surrounding state. Andrew takes his job serious and gives his clients 110%. I have had enough lawyers to know that Andrew is top notch and does actually care.

My brother was assigned Trampas Whalin as a PD, and he basically threw my brother to the wayside. Almost 6 months he sat in jail for a domestic dispute, and Whalin only met with him 3 times total. In the end, he just sent a plea agreement to the jail for my brother to sign, having never discussed it with him (not even a phone call!). The plea deal was for 20 YEARS for domestic dispute. That's unheard of! By the grace of GOD, we have the finances to hire a real attorney. PD are pointless if they don't actually advocate for their clients, without monetary incentives. Thanks, but no thanks! BEWARE
