Really great! The staff is amazing. I sent a lot of emails and they were answered really quick. And explained everything to me. And I didn’t have to wait a day or two for them to be answered. And when I called the send me to the person quickly that I needed to talk to never was on hold long either. Would use them again. Even tho I’m all the way in Alabama.

It was a very long process of probably 4-5 years during the Risperdal suit for my son Eric. I gave a 5-star rating because of Sandi Cherry who works for Ben Martin Law Group. Unfortunately, my son passed away 2 years ago, but Sandi kept me informed during the remaining process of his Risperdal suit. I cannot say enough about the process and communication by Sandi Cherry of the Ben Martin Law Group. IVC/ potential medical clients BEWARE: I was told I would receive my already approved settlement no later than Oct. of last year, which was settled at the beginning of the year. It’s now mid May of the following year and I’ve yet to receive a penny. Every phone call inquiry ends up the same… “let me transfer you to a paralegal..” and I never hear anything back. I’m very upset and feel that my unfortunate health issues have now become the gain of an attorney that I’ve never met. You should be ashamed! I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Bar Association in hopes this doesn’t happen to any other present or future clients.

My experience is still pending but Julia Harris is incredible when I have questions ... she deserves a raise ....
