My case was not filed after being in her office 6 months earlier. The office avoided my calls for months. When I showed up they did not even remember who I was. It took about 20 minutes for them to remember me. When they went to pull my file it was not submitted so my case was not filed. The office apologized saying they would file the case immediately. I paid in full the first month. They remembered to call for a payment several times. I had to repeatedly remind them I already paid and resent the documents every month that I paid them in full the first month. Since I left the office a second time minimal contact from them. Maybe once a month. I ended up doing the case for myself for $zero. All that was needed was a letter to Child and Family that I had full custody of my kids. Knowledge is truly power. I just got a text message from the office asking me to leave a review. What did they honestly expect me to say after such a horrible experience. Even to this day no case was ever filed. $3,500 wasted money. It took me less than a week to do the job myself and I received a letter from Child and Famiy saying my case was closed. The office had me do a hold new application and provide the same documents I gave them over 6 months ago.
