This man ruined my life he told me he was a 18 wheeler expert and took my case, only to find out he wasn't even a personal injury attorney never had a 18 wheeler case. He dragged my case for years knowing I was too hurt to work then in the end he told me he didn't have the money for my case and that I need to take the lil bit of money that was being offered. The opposing attorney had no respect for this man to even make a generous offer. He is friends with alot of these lawyers that knew he was committing malpractice and I could not get anyone to help me. I was literally living in a hotel almost had to sleep in my car before I settled for that lil bit of change. They say the lawyers in this town don't sue each other so till this day no one will sue their friend for the malpractice he committed on my case.

I could have asked for anything better. Mr. Gathings and the Jennifers made me feel very comfortable and they were so helpful handling my litigation.
