COMPLETE INCOMPETENT JOKE! Eric Swortzel doesn't even try to give the illusion that he's trying! He doesn't return phone calls nor does he talk to the person he is suppose to be representing. He should be disbarred and Augusta County court system should be ashamed for even pretending this is acceptable "LEGAL" representation!! If I could give minus stars I would give this poor excuse them all!

He did not follow the Judges orders on turning in paperwork within 10 days. He was reported to the Virginia State Bar. Only after being forced by them almost one month shy of a year he finally cooperated and turned it in. What he did was wrong. He didn't even object, he didn't even attempt to provide evidence to the substitute Judge. He did nothing. I will never understand why a "professional attorney" would do something like this.

This guy is a joke ???? i dont know anyone in there right mind who would want mr swortzell as a lawyer... cheap isnt good when it comes to lawyers. But if you have to get cheap attorney definitely dont call this guy here.
