Was contacted by this firm on Instagram. Gave him information regarding my case and some of the things that I have been through he read my blog. Call me back told me I had a case and that he would represent me. I spent 7 hours of drive time going to his firm where again he advised me that I had a case and would be filing a complaint with ardc against the state's attorney. Two weeks larer I had a teleconference appointment to which I received no call. Another teleconference appointment set up again no call. I received a call 2 Days Later being advised now that I did not have a case. After I invested time money and Hope. Would not recommend

Doesnt return calls or emails. And im not talking about 2, 3 or even 5. Im talking 7 months worth. Had no idea what the next steps were after my son in law completed 2 years of court ordered obligations...to a T. He called and emailed Gaffney NUMEROUS times. Since he was an adult, I didnt interefere...until it went on 7 months of no response, so i intervened. Still, nothing. Aside from no money being owed to him, I even offered to pay more just to get a call back. Nothing. My son in law had to research on his own. Thankfully, he had a great ally, and got his answers.

Great attorney, professional, responsive, helpful, always honest and fair. Would recommend to others. I have used him for many matters.

Does the work prices could be a bit more reasonable charged 1500 for a 200 job 650 i felt could 've been more in line.
